Caucasian Knot | Aishat Kadyrova’s fashion house faces second lawsuit in a year

Until August 29, Aishat Kadyrova’s “Firdaws” fashion house must provide explanations to the Moscow arbitration court on a complaint filed by the Joint Stock Company (JSC) “Condé Nast” publishing house , which required repayment of a debt and payment of a penalty.

The “Caucasian Knot” reported that in 2016, Ramzan Kadyrov’s daughter Aishat Kadyrova ran the fashion house “Firdaws”, owned by her mother Medni Kadyrova.

The JSC publishing house “Condé Nast” filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitral Court to recover a debt and a fine from the company “Firdaus” LLC, a fashion house founded by Aishat Kadyrova.

According to the documents of the arbitration case, the publishing house claimed the debt of 814,000 rubles from Aishat Kadyrova’s “Firdaws” fashion house, as well as the necessary payment of a fine of 893,000 rubles . It is known that the debt has accumulated since July 2019, reports “Kavkaz.Realii”* on August 14.

Earlier, enforcement proceedings were initiated against Aishat Kadyrova’s fashion house “Firdaws” for non-payment of taxes and fees, and the bank accounts of the fashion house “Firdaws” were frozen.
