CIM Group brings Global Fashion House Coach to 444 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago

CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CIM Group today announced that it has signed with Coach an approximately 3,000 square foot retail location at 444 N. Michigan Ave. in Chicago, Illinois.

Coach, a global fashion house founded in 1941 with 945 locations worldwide, will bring its renowned leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories to the high-visibility location on North Michigan Ave.

CIM Group and Golub & Company have owned 444 N. Michigan Avenue since 2018 and have renovated and repositioned the 36-story, 517,000 square foot office tower and its high-profile retail space on the Magnificent Mile.

Directly across the street, CIM Group brings together an unrivaled collection of experiences and retailers in its 50,000 square foot The Shops at Tribune Tower. Retail anchors the ground floor of the iconic 36-story, 740,000-square-foot neo-Gothic Tribune tower and currently includes the newly opened Ice Cream Museum and Foxtrot Market, as well as upcoming stores Blue Bottle Coffee and Rowan. Coach at 444 N. Michigan Ave. is expected to open in 2023.
