This French fashion house is set to take over Harrods this Christmas – Emirates Woman


It’s that time of year again when the sleigh bells ring and the streets of London transform into a scenic winter wonderland.

To celebrate the most beautiful time of the year, Dior pays tribute this season to its longstanding relationship with Harrods for 70 years through a magical Christmas takeover.

With a spectacular showcase of “The Wonderful World of Dior”, this prestigious department store will highlight the end of year celebrations through a Parisian prism.

Adding to the famous Brompton Road address for the first time, the façade will be adorned with a monumental installation of the compass rose, a key symbol of this year’s 2022 brand campaign and a memorable emblem of the house’s founding courtier. . The Dior gold star, Bar jacket and Medallion chair will be proudly displayed at Harrods to tell a moving story.

Decor will include gingerbread, caramel and multiple delights showcasing a plethora of fashion, fragrance, jewelry, beauty and hardware elements in a spectacular new light.

Through an ethereal display, the French house will offer guests enchanting treats and give visitors access to two exclusive pop-ups to experience a fascinating journey through the store. With exclusive creations from Maison Harrods and a Dior micro-village, in homage to Monsieur Dior’s gluttony.

Scheduled from November 10, 2022 to January 3, 2023, this unique setting will add to the store’s enchanting atmosphere this Christmas.
